Our jewelry is meant to be with you for a lifetime—and that’s exactly what we intend. Each piece is designed with great care and crafted by hand.

Warranty

If, contrary to expectations, something is not in order, we will stand by it. We offer a lifetime warranty on our workmanship.

Damage caused by impacts, missing stones, or similar incidents is not covered. We recommend insuring your jewelry against loss, theft, and damage—especially if you wear it every day.

Returns & Exchanges

Since each piece is made to order, we do not offer refunds.

If you do change your mind, however, we can, in some cases, arrange an exchange for store credit—within 10 days of receipt. Just contact us at: welcome@saintscraft.ch

The jewelry must be returned to us unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging. Please ship it with insurance and requiring a signature—ideally via FedEx or an equivalent service. We cannot accept responsibility for shipments that are lost in transit.

We will individually check whether an exchange is possible. We do not take back pieces with signs of wear or alterations.
