Warranty

Our jewelry pieces are made to last a lifetime – and that's how they are intended. Each piece is designed with great care and handcrafted.

If, contrary to expectations, something is not in order, we will stand by it. We offer a lifetime warranty on our workmanship.

Damage from impacts, lost stones, or similar issues are not covered. We recommend insuring your jewelry against loss, theft, and damage – especially if it is worn daily.

Returns & Exchanges

Since each piece is made to order, we do not offer refunds.

However, if you change your mind, we may be able to offer an exchange for store credit in individual cases – within 10 days of receipt. Simply write to us at: welcome@saintscraft.ch

The piece of jewelry must reach us unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging. Please send it insured and with a signature – ideally via FedEx or an equivalent service. We cannot accept responsibility for shipments that are lost in transit.

We will individually check whether an exchange is possible. We do not take back pieces with signs of wear or alterations.
